There is no better way to spend my birthday
We met Byrd for lunch on FridayI am 24 which means i am officially in my MID twenties. AGH!! I am so thankful for my friends and family who made sure that I had a perfect birthday. The birthday celebrating started on Friday morning when I received my first birthday card from Hardin:) and got balloons from our wonderful neighbors DJ and Jen. The weather was amazing (mid60's) so Hardin and I got to spend some time outside watching the balloons on the front stoop!!
Friday night Charlie and I had a much needed date night...Lindsay (a room mate from collage) came over and sat while Hardin slept peacefully in her crib. I was a bit nervous about her staying asleep only because her second tooth has been bothering her but she did wonderful. We decided to try out a new restaurant called FLIP and it was AMAZING.
Saturday Bradford and crystal came over and the celebrating continued. We spent the better half of Saturday at Piedmont park with the rest of Atlanta:) Saturday night we made homemade pizzas and caught up which was nice!! All in all I had a great birthday weekend. Thanks to everyone for making my 24 birthday so special.

glad you had a good birthday Valerie. we so enjoyed the visit. it was good to see all of you. we had a great time! thank you for my haircut and for everything else :)!! hopefully, it won't be so long between our next visit.
