Hardin's first BOO BOO

Today has been WILD. I invited a couple of girls over for a play date with their babies and we had a blast. Ryler is just 5 days younger than Hardin and is such a sweetheart. We have been having play dates with him since they were about a month old. I had not seen Ryler in about a month and he has grown sooo much. Hardin and Ryler can interact now. They reach and touch and laugh at each other and the best is if one starts to cry the other is right there behind. I can't help but laugh at the two of them crying at each other. PJ, the other little one, is only 6 weeks old. This was my first time meeting him and he was SO good. The older two were crying and carrying on and he just slept so peacefully. Oh how I miss those days.

Since the weather was nice we decided to head outside to let them all play in the sunshine. Everything was going great until Hardin lost her balance leaning over to get her infamous solo cup, and hit her head on a root sticking out of the ground. After this it was all over... she started screaming and the tears started flowing. Then, Ryler started screaming and I got upset, and if that wasn't enough, I looked at Hardin only to find a huge knot growing in the middle of her forehead:( After a few minutes of complete chaos, I took a look at her wound and reminded myself that this is just one of many BOO BOOS to come:(

Poor Hardin. She is scrappy and adventurous though, so I am sure there are many boo boos to come. The best of us get a lot of boo boos. Love you guys.
